Dynaprene® TPE

Description

Dynaprene® TPE

Dynaprene® TPE is the name of the thermal plastic elastomer that we produce at Nantex and it consists mainly of thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) manufactured from the dynamic vulcanization of EPDM/PP. Our Dynaprene® TPE is distributed to markets in the U.S., Europe, Japan, Korea, and China.

TPV features the combined characteristics of rubber and plastic, such as:

Similarities to Traditional rubber: Low compression set, good elasticity recovery, anti-slip, good feel to touch, and so forth.

Recyclability: Functions as a green and environmentally friendly material.

Ease of Processing: TPV can be processed by standard thermoplastic equipment and requires lower energy consumption.

Excellent Performance: Weather resistance, low temperature resistance, oil resistance, a wide range of working temperatures (-60°C to 135°C).

Other advantage: Lower specific gravity, wide hardness range (35A-50D), good colorability.

Dynaprene® is the registered trademark of TPV manufactured by Nantex Industry Co., Ltd.
