Packaging is very much a part of
our product.
As
such, we have taken
much effort to see that it is of the design and quality that
will help our customers identify our products well and it is
of the standard that will keep the quality of our NBR rubber
in top condition even while in transportation and storage.

Each
of our 25kg rubber bale is individually wrapped in PE film.
48 bales then go into a sturdy wooden box. The net
weight of each box is 1200kgs. A 20' container can hold
16 boxes or 19.2MT of NBR rubber.

For your added convenience, it is worth mentioning that our PE
film is coded, that is, it contains information that will
enable our customers to report on findings about our product,
and that which will enable us to trace back to our process
control records. Information such as grade number, lot
number, production code is spray printed on the face of the PE
film.
