1. QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM:

(1).NANTEX  utilizes the Distributed Control System (DCS) in its production processes to mininize human error, thus assuring product quality consistency.

(2).To assure consistency of product quality, Nantex adopts the Statistical Process Control (SPC) system and utilizes the SPSS QI Analyst statistical software.

(3).Quality Assurance on ISO 9002 was certificated by THE BUREAU OF COMMODITY INSPECTION AND QUARANTINE OF TAIWAN, R.O.C. on Nov. 1995.

2. STORAGE PRECAUTIONS  

(1). NANCAR NBR should be stored in a cool, and dry place away from direct light to maintain optimum quality.

(2). Latex not used within one year should be tested to determine if property has changed.

 

3. FIRE AND EXPLOSION HAZARD DATA 

(1). Ignition Temperature : 373oC(ASTM D-1929)

(2). Extinguishing Media :  

We recommend water, ABC dry chemicals, protein type air foams to extinguish.

NANCAR elastomers would be considered"Ordinary combustibles". (NFPA defined Class A)
