Packaging
in Nantex latex is very much a part of our product.
It serves to keep the quality of our latex in tiptop
condition as it is delivered from our plant to yours.
Flexibag,
ISO Tank and Tank Lorry
For
many of you who have latex storage tanks, there is no
question that the preference is towards bulk packing such as
the 20MT Flexibag, 20MT ISO tank and tank lorry.
Nantex uses only flexibags
that are entirely new. These one-way flexible bags are
imported from the United States and the United Kingdom. Our
customers are all the more assured that our shipments in all
new flexibags are free of contamination.
The
ISO Tanks are another option. Nantex uses tanks that are cleaned before latex is
loaded and a certification to such effect comes along with
every shipment. It
is therefore reassuring to our customers that our latex is
free of contamination caused by contaminated packaging.
Our domestic customers have
the option of taking latex deliveries from Nantex in tank
lorries. These lorries come in different capacities,
depending on our customersˇ¦ requirements. To keep our latex
from contamination, these lorries are inspected periodically
by Nantex for cleanliness. These lorries are also devoted
exclusively to carrying latex made by Nantex.
Drum
If
huge storage tanks are not available, our customers can
choose to receive our latex shipments in durable and easy
handling all new PE drums.
Each of these drums can hold 200kgs of latex while 80
of these drums can be loaded in a 20ˇ¦ container.
16MT of latex can therefore be shipped in one container.
No
matter what your packaging choice is, it is reassuring for
you to know that our latex shipments will arrive at
destination in great shape.
